The concept
Projected onto the surfaces and backdrops that surround us, images become a new design element. Image design is born. Conceived by Philippe Schiepan, VIDE’s editor, such made-to-fit creations are produced in the VIDE workshop.
The programme
The programme is an original work created by VIDE – for Virtual Design – within the framework of a specific artistic and technical remit. Created and exclusively adapted to suit specific projects, for both public and private use, it is available on DVD or in digital format upon request.
From solid forms to fluid images, a natural transition
Minimalism has reduced decoration to basics, minimising ornamental objects to their essential expression. With light, objects become weightless, they transform and become nomadic, to the point of conjuring vanishing illusions.
Take a step further and solid matter disappears and movement becomes permanent, leaving images as primary
matter, in a flowing state.
